COPPER AND INSULATION

Tubes are produced from high purity Phosphorous Deoxidised Non-Arsenical Copper (designated as CW024A according to EN 1412) having copper contents in excess of 99.9%. The dimensions, mechanical and physical properties follow the limitations imposed by the standards:

• EN 12735-1 “Seamless round copper tubes for air-conditioning and refrigeration - Part 1: Tubes for piping systems” and
• EN 12735-2 “Seamless round copper tubes for air-conditioning and refrigeration - Part 2: Tubes for equipment”.

Product quality is monitored during all manufacturing stages with the application of ISO 9001: 1994 quality management system. The orderly compliance to these standards is warranted with the issue of pertinent certificates at the factories according to the requirements of the European norm EN 10204: 1991.
